Ingredients:

  • 1 lb lean ground beef 🍖
  • 4 to 6 medium Russet potatoes 🥔

Instructions:

1. Bake the Potatoes

Scrub and pierce each potato with a fork. Place directly on the oven rack and bake at 400°F (200°C) for 45–50 minutes or until tender when pierced.

2. Brown the Beef

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until fully browned. Drain excess fat.

Add the taco seasoning and water to the skillet. Stir well and simmer for 5 minutes, until the sauce thickens and coats the beef.

4. Assemble Your Taco Potatoes

Slice open each baked potato and gently fluff the insides with a fork. Pile on the seasoned taco beef.
