Smoky BBQ Ribs with Creamy

For the Ribs:
2 racks pork baby back ribs
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp salt1 tsp black pepper
1 cup barbecue sauceFresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
For the Coleslaw:
3 cups shredded cabbage
1 cup shredded carrots
½ cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp sugarSalt & pepper to tasteInstructions:
Prepare Ribs:
Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs. Mix brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Rub generously over ribs.Cook Ribs:Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C). Wrap ribs in foil and bake for 2.5-3 hours until tender.Glaze Ribs:Unwrap, brush ribs with barbecue sauce, and broil or grill for 5-7 minutes until sauce is caramelized.Make Coleslaw:In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper. Toss with cabbage and carrots until coated. Chill before serving.Plate:Slice ribs, garnish with chopped parsley. Serve with creamy coleslaw and preferred beverage.
