Slow Cooker Mediterranean Chicken ππΏ

Ingredients π
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 medium onion, thinly sliced
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup green olives
1 cup Kalamata olives
1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
1/4 cup chicken broth
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste

Add sliced onion and garlic to the bottom of the slow cooker.

Sprinkle chicken breasts with oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper. Place them over the onions.

Pour diced tomatoes, chicken broth, and vinegar over the chicken. Scatter green and Kalamata olives on top.
