Scrambled Eggs, Sausage Patties, and Tomatoes Breakfast Plate

Ingredients

For the Scrambled Eggs:

  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 1 tbsp butter

For the Sausage Patties:

  • 4 sausage patties
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (for cooking)

For the Tomatoes:

  • 1–2 ripe tomatoes, sliced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

1️⃣ Cook the Sausage Patties

  • Heat the Skillet: Add olive oil to a skillet over medium heat.
  • Cook the Patties: Cook sausage for 3–4 minutes per side, until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.

2️⃣ Make the Scrambled Eggs

  • Whisk: In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  • Scramble: In the same skillet (add butter if needed), cook the egg mixture over low heat, stirring gently until fluffy and just set.

3️⃣ Prepare the Tomatoes

  • Slice: Cut the tomatoes into rounds.
  • Season: Sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper.

4️⃣ Plate and Serve
