Directions
Cook the Sausage Patties
- Heat the Skillet: Add olive oil to a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the Patties: Cook sausage for 3–4 minutes per side, until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
Make the Scrambled Eggs
- Whisk: In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Scramble: In the same skillet (add butter if needed), cook the egg mixture over low heat, stirring gently until fluffy and just set.
Prepare the Tomatoes
- Slice: Cut the tomatoes into rounds.
- Season: Sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper.
