Total Time: 30 minutes
Servings: 6–8

Ingredients

  • 1 lb pizza dough (homemade or store-bought)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp chili powder (optional, for a Tex-Mex kick)
  • Salt, to taste
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded provolone cheese (or mozzarella)
  • ½ cup thinly sliced cooked beef or steak tips
  • Marinara or queso cheese sauce, for dipping

Instructions

1. Preheat & Prep:
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

2. Roll the Dough:
On a floured surface, roll out your pizza dough into a large rectangle—about ¼ inch thick.

3. Add Garlic Oil:
In a small bowl, mix olive oil with minced garlic. Brush this garlicky goodness evenly over the surface of the dough.

4. Layer the Fillings:
Sprinkle Parmesan and half the provolone cheese evenly over the dough. Top with thinly sliced beef, then season with oregano, garlic powder, salt, and optional chili powder.

5. Fold & Slice:
Fold the dough in half lengthwise and press down gently. Using a pizza cutter, slice into 1-inch-wide strips.

6. Twist & Arrange:
Twist each strip a couple of times and lay them on the baking sheet, leaving space between each one. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.

7. Bake to Golden Goodness:
Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbling with cheesy deliciousness.

8. Dip & Devour:
Serve warm with marinara or a cheesy queso dip—and don’t be surprised if they disappear in minutes!

Tips & Variations

  • Spice it up! Add sliced jalapeños or a drizzle of hot sauce before folding for a spicy variation.
  • Go full Philly: Add a few sautéed onions and bell peppers to the filling for a more authentic cheesesteak flavor.
  • Make it mini: Cut the dough into shorter strips for bite-sized party snacks!

Cheesy, Meaty, Irresistible.

These breadsticks are everything: crispy on the outside, gooey on the inside, and loaded with Philly steakhouse vibes. Whether you’re feeding a hungry crowd or just treating yourself, this recipe is a total win!
