  • Cajun seasoning – to taste
  • Paprika – to taste
  • Italian herbs – to taste
  • Black pepper – to taste

For the Creamy Sauce:

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp fresh minced garlic
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • ⅓ cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tbsp white cooking wine
  • ½ cup shredded Parmesan or Italian blend cheese
  • ¼ cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • Salt, pepper, and Italian herbs, to taste

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Season & Sear the Chicken

Pat the chicken thighs dry and season generously with onion powder, garlic powder, Cajun seasoning, paprika, Italian herbs, and black pepper.
Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Sear the chicken thighs on both sides until golden brown (about 3–4 minutes per side).
Transfer the seared chicken to a baking dish.

2️⃣ Make the Sauce

In the same skillet, melt the butter, then add the garlic and sauté for about 3 minutes until fragrant.
Stir in the chicken broth, sun-dried tomatoes, heavy cream, and white cooking wine.
Season with salt, pepper, and more Italian herbs, if desired. Let the sauce simmer gently for 4–5 minutes.
Add in the shredded cheese, stirring constantly until smooth and creamy.

3️⃣ Bake the Chicken

Pour the sauce over the chicken thighs in the baking dish.
Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 30–35 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked and tender.

🍽 Serve & Swoon

Serve the chicken with a generous spoonful of that luscious sauce over mashed potatoes, buttery pasta, or garlic rice. Garnish with extra Parmesan and fresh herbs if you’re feeling fancy!
