Loaded Bowl with Seared Beef, Shrimp, Broccoli & Cheddar Cheese Sauce

Ingredients:
For the Mashed Potatoes:
2 lbs russet potatoes, peeled and cubed
1/2 cup milk (warm)
1/4 cup butter
Salt and pepper to taste
For the Seared Beef:
1 lb beef sirloin or tenderloin, cut into bite-sized cubes
Salt and black pepper
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp butter (optional)
For the Shrimp:
8–10 large shrimp, peeled and deveined (tails optional)
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
For the Broccoli:
1 1/2 cups broccoli florets
Salt (for boiling) or olive oil (if steaming or roasting)
For the Cheddar Cheese Sauce:
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp all-purpose flour
3/4 cup milk
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Salt to taste
Optional: dash of cayenne or hot sauce for a spicy kick
Instructions:
Make the Mashed Potatoes:
Boil potatoes in salted water until tender (12–15 min).
Drain and mash with warm milk, butter, salt, and pepper until smooth and creamy. Set aside.
Cook the Broccoli:
Steam or lightly boil broccoli until bright green and tender-crisp (about 3–4 minutes).
Drain and keep warm.
Sear the Beef:
Pat beef dry and season with salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over high heat. Sear beef cubes for about 2–3 minutes on each side until caramelized and medium-rare inside.
Optional: finish with butter for richness.
Cook the Shrimp:
Toss shrimp with oil, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Sauté in a hot skillet for 2–3 minutes per side until opaque and lightly browned.
Make the Cheese Sauce:
Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute.
Slowly whisk in milk until smooth and thickened.
Stir in cheddar until melted. Add salt and optional cayenne or hot sauce for spice.
Assemble the Bowl:
In a rustic black bowl, spoon a base of mashed potatoes.
Top with broccoli, seared beef, and shrimp.
Drizzle generously with warm cheddar cheese sauce.
Add a few drops of extra spicy sauce if desired.
Optional Garnishes:
Chopped chives, crispy onions, or a sprinkle of smoked paprika.
