Grilled Steak with Caramelized Onions – A Perfectly Savory Delight!



Ingredients:
– 2 beef steaks (your choice of cut)
– 1 large onion, thinly sliced
– 2 tablespoons butter
– 1 tablespoon olive oil
– Salt and black pepper, to taste
– ½ cup sour cream or garlic butter (optional, for topping)
– Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

*Instructions:*

1. *Season the Steaks:* Season both sides of the steaks with salt and black pepper. Let them rest for about 10 minutes to allow the seasoning to absorb.

2. *Grill the Steaks:* Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, sear the steaks for about 3-4 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or adjust the time based on your preferred doneness. Remove the steaks from the pan and let them rest.

3. *Caramelize the Onions:* In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the thinly sliced onions and cook, stirring occasionally, until they become golden and caramelized, about 10-15 minutes.
