*Ingredients:* – 2 white fish fillets (cod, halibut, or your choice) – 1 tbsp olive oil – 1 tsp smoked paprika – ½ tsp garlic powder – ½ tsp lemon zest – Salt & pepper, to taste – 1 lemon, cut into wedges – Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish) – 2 cups frozen or fresh-cut fries *Instructions:* *Prepare the Fries:* 1. Preheat the oven following the instructions for the fries. 2. Arrange them on a baking tray in a single layer. 3. Bake as directed, flipping halfway through until crispy and golden. *Season & Grill the Fish:* 1. Pat the fillets dry with a paper towel. 2. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, lemon zest, salt, and pepper. 3. Rub this seasoning blend onto both sides of the fish. 4. Heat a grill pan or outdoor grill over medium heat. 5. Cook the fillets for 3-4 minutes per side until flaky and slightly crisp on the edges. *Assemble & Serve:* 1.
