Instructions
1. Make the Loaded Mashed Potatoes
- Place the cubed potatoes in a large pot of salted water. Bring to a boil and cook for 15–20 minutes, or until fork-tender.
- Drain and mash the potatoes until smooth.
- Add heavy cream, sour cream, salt, and pepper, and mix well.
- Fold in cheddar, mozzarella, bacon, and green onions until creamy and well combined.
2. Bake the Potatoes
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Spread the mashed potatoes into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
