Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • 1 sheet refrigerated pizza dough (or crescent roll dough)
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions

1️⃣ Make the Cheeseburger Filling

In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef, breaking it up as it cooks. Once fully cooked, drain any excess fat.

Add the cream cheese, cheddar, crumbled bacon, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir everything together until it’s creamy and well combined. This filling is next-level cheesy goodness.

2️⃣ Roll Out the Dough

On a lightly floured surface, roll out your pizza dough into a rectangle—about ¼ inch thick. Crescent dough works too; just pinch the seams together first.

3️⃣ Fill, Roll & Slice

Spread the cheeseburger filling evenly across the dough. Roll it up tightly, starting from the long edge, like a savory cinnamon roll. Slice into 1-inch rounds using a sharp knife or bench scraper.

4️⃣ Garlic Butter Time

In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with the minced garlic—this garlicky glaze is the magic touch!

5️⃣ Bake the Rollups

Place your rollups on a greased or parchment-lined baking sheet. Brush the tops generously with the garlic butter.

Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly. You’ll know they’re ready when your kitchen smells like a garlic cheeseburger dream.

6️⃣ Garnish & Serve

Sprinkle with chopped parsley for a little freshness (and color!), then serve warm. These are best straight out of the oven—but good luck making them last that long!

Make It Your Own

  • Swap cheddar for pepper jack or mozzarella for a melty twist.
  • Add pickles, jalapeños, or caramelized onions to the filling for more burger vibes.
  • Want to bake ahead? Assemble, chill, and bake fresh when ready to serve!
