  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Fried Mac & Cheese

  1. Scoop firm, chilled mac and cheese into discs or squares.
  2. Freeze for 20–30 minutes until solid.
  3. Dredge in flour, dip in egg, then coat with panko breadcrumbs.
  4. Fry in hot oil (350°F/175°C) for 3–4 minutes until golden.
  5. Drain on paper towels and set aside.

Step 2: Make the Onion Rings
