Ingredients
- 3 chicken eggs
- 5 potatoes
- Parsley (to taste)
- 2 onions
- 2 sweet red peppers
- 1 yellow sweet pepper
- 14 oz (400 g) ground chicken
- Salt (to taste)
- Ground black pepper (to taste)
- 2 tablespoons flour
- Vegetable oil (for cooking)
- 1.8 oz (50 g) mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Prepare the Filling: In a bowl, mix the ground chicken with one finely chopped onion, diced red and yellow peppers, salt, and black pepper. Set aside.
- Make the Potato Base: Peel and boil the potatoes until soft. Mash them with the eggs, flour, and a pinch of salt until smooth. Add chopped parsley for extra flavor.
- Assemble: Spread the potato mixture evenly onto a lined baking tray, about ½-inch thick. Spread the chicken mixture over the top. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20-25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked.
