Crispy Fried Bologna Sandwich* π₯π₯ͺ

A nostalgic and satisfying sandwich with crispy, pan-fried bologna, melted cheese, and tangy condiments on toasted bread!
*Ingredients:*
– 2 slices of your favorite bread (white, whole wheat, or Texas toast) π
– 2-3 slices of thick-cut bologna π
– 1 tbsp mayonnaise (or to taste)
– 1 tbsp yellow mustard (or Dijon for extra kick) π
– 1 slice American cheese (or cheddar for more flavor) π§
– 2-3 pickle slices (optional for crunch) π₯
– 1 tbsp butter (for toasting bread) π§ – Lettuce & tomato slices (optional) π₯¬π
– Salt & pepper, to taste
*Instructions:*
1οΈβ£ *Toast the Bread:* Spread butter on both slices and toast them in a skillet over medium heat until golden brown. Remove and set aside. 2οΈβ£ *Fry the Bologna:* Cut small slits around the edges of each bologna slice (to prevent curling). Cook in a pan over medium heat for 1-2 minutes per side until browned and crispy. 3οΈβ£ *Assemble the Sandwich:* Spread mayo on one slice of toast and mustard on the other. Layer the fried bologna on one side, followed by a slice of cheese (let it melt slightly).
