🌿 Ingredients:
✔ 2 cups broccoli florets, finely chopped
✔ 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or mozzarella)
✔ ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
✔ ½ cup breadcrumbs (or almond flour for low-carb)
✔ 2 eggs, beaten
✔ 1 tsp garlic powder
✔ ½ tsp salt
✔ ½ tsp black pepper
✔ ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional, for spice)
✔ 2 tbsp chopped parsley (optional, for freshness)
✔ 2 tbsp olive oil, for frying
🥄 Instructions:
1️⃣ Steam & Chop the Broccoli:
🔹 Steam broccoli until slightly tender (3–4 minutes), then finely chop.
🔹 Let it cool slightly.
2️⃣ Prepare the Mixture:
🔹 In a large bowl, mix broccoli, cheddar cheese, Parmesan, breadcrumbs (or almond flour), eggs, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
