These Crispy Cheesy Broccoli Patties are the perfect snack, appetizer, or side dish! Golden, crispy, and packed with flavor, they’re kid-friendly, low-carb (with almond flour), and great for meal prep.


🌿 Ingredients:

2 cups broccoli florets, finely chopped
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or mozzarella)
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
½ cup breadcrumbs (or almond flour for low-carb)
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional, for spice)
2 tbsp chopped parsley (optional, for freshness)
2 tbsp olive oil, for frying


🥄 Instructions:

1️⃣ Steam & Chop the Broccoli:
🔹 Steam broccoli until slightly tender (3–4 minutes), then finely chop.
🔹 Let it cool slightly.

2️⃣ Prepare the Mixture:
🔹 In a large bowl, mix broccoli, cheddar cheese, Parmesan, breadcrumbs (or almond flour), eggs, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
🔹 Stir well until the mixture holds together.

3️⃣ Form the Patties:
🔹 Shape into small patties (about 2 inches wide).

4️⃣ Cook the Patties:

🔹 Fry patties for 3–4 minutes per side, until golden brown and crispy.
