*For the Creamy Tuscan Sauce:*
β 1 tbsp butter
β 3 cloves garlic, minced
β Β½ cup heavy cream
β ΒΌ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
β Β½ tsp Cajun seasoning
β 1 cup fresh spinach
β ΒΌ cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
*For the Rice & Roasted Broccoli:*
β 1 cup white rice, cooked
β 2 cups broccoli florets
β 1 tbsp olive oil
β Β½ tsp garlic powder
β Β½ tsp salt
β Β½ tsp black pepper
