Mashed Potatoes
- 2 lbs red potatoes, unpeeled and cut into chunks
- ½ cup whole milk
- 4 tbsp butter
- Salt & black pepper, to taste
Green Beans with Onions
- 12 oz fresh green beans, trimmed
- ½ onion, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt & pepper, to taste
Baked Mac & Cheese
- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1½ cups milk
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- Optional: pinch of paprika (for a touch of warmth)
Instructions
1️⃣ Steak & Gravy
- Season steak strips generously with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear steak strips until browned. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, melt butter. Whisk in the flour to form a roux.
