Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • Optional toppings: extra cheese, bacon bits, green onions, or sour cream

Instructions:

1. Brown the Beef
