Cheesy Chicken & Broccoli Bake

Ingredients:
🔸 For the Casserole:
- 3 cups cooked, diced chicken (rotisserie or baked)
- 4 cups broccoli florets, lightly steamed
- 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
- 1 cup sour cream
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup (or mushroom soup)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp dried thyme
- Salt & black pepper, to taste
🔸 For the Topping:
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup breadcrumbs (optional for crunch)
- 2 tbsp melted butter (if using breadcrumbs)
Instructions:
1️⃣ Preheat the Oven: Set to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
2️⃣ Mix the Casserole: In a large bowl, combine the chicken, broccoli, 1 ½ cups of cheddar cheese, sour cream, mayo, and soup. Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, salt, and pepper until well mixed.
3️⃣ Assemble: Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish.
4️⃣ Prepare the Topping: If using breadcrumbs, toss them with melted butter. Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese over the casserole, followed by the buttery breadcrumbs (if using).
