Ingredients (Serves 8)
- 1 lb ground beef
- ½ cup diced onion
- ½ cup ketchup
- 1 tbsp yellow mustard
- ¼ cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1 bag (32 oz) frozen tater tots
Instructions
1. Preheat & Prep
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch casserole dish and set it aside.
