  • 2 tablespoons sour cream

Instructions

1. Prepare the Chicken:

  • Cut each chicken breast into 3 large chunks.

2. Make the Cracker Coating:

  • Use a food processor to grind Ritz crackers into fine crumbs.
  • Place milk, grated cheddar cheese, and cracker crumbs into three separate shallow dishes.
  • Mix salt and pepper into the cracker crumbs.

3. Coat the Chicken:
