Bang Bang Chicken Skewers

Ingredients
Chicken:
- 1 ½ lbs chicken breast or thighs, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- Wooden skewers (soaked in water for 30 minutes)
Sauce:
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
- 1 tbsp Sriracha (adjust to taste)
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp lime juice
Instructions
- Marinate the Chicken
- Mix olive oil, soy sauce, honey, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Toss chicken in marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Make the Sauce
- Whisk together mayonnaise, chili sauce, Sriracha, honey, and lime juice. Set aside.
- Assemble Skewers
- Thread chicken onto skewers.
- Cook
- Grill: Medium-high heat, 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally.
- Oven: 400°F, 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Air Fryer: 375°F, 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Serve
- Drizzle with sauce or serve on the side.
