📝 Ingredients

For the Meatloaf:

  • 1½ lbs ground beef
  • 1 cup green bell pepper, diced
  • 1 cup onion, diced
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
  • ½ cup beef broth
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
