- 4 large russet potatoes, peeled and diced
- ½ cup whole milk (or more as needed)
- ¼ cup butter
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ¼ cup sour cream
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Set your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare the garlic Parmesan mixture: In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, dried oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper.
