➊ Prepare the Ramekins:
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Grease 4 ramekins with butter and dust lightly with cocoa powder. Set aside.
➋ Melt the Chocolate & Butter:
- In a heatproof bowl, melt butter and chocolate together using a double boiler or in microwave (30-second intervals, stirring between each).
➌ Mix the Batter:
- In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, egg yolks, sugar, vanilla, and salt until light and slightly thick.
- Gently fold in the melted chocolate mixture.
