Ingredients
Protein & Dairy:
- 1 lb breakfast sausage, crumbled and cooked
- 1 lb bacon, chopped and cooked crispy
- 12 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

- 1 tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp paprika
- ½ tsp salt

- 1 package frozen hash browns (30 oz)
Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat & Prepare Ingredients:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
2️⃣ Cook the Meat:
- In a large skillet, cook the breakfast sausage over medium heat until browned. Drain excess grease and set aside.
- In the same skillet, cook the bacon until crispy. Drain on paper towels.
3️⃣ Prepare the Egg Mixture:
- In a large bowl, whisk together:
- 12 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- Garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper
4️⃣ Assemble the Casserole:
- Add the cooked sausage, bacon, hash browns, green onions, and half of the shredded cheese to the bowl.
- Stir until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into the greased baking dish and top with the remaining cheese.
