- 1 teaspoon salt

- 250 g grated Manchego cheese (or any semi-hard cheese)
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- Optional: extra grated Parmesan for garnish
Instructions
- Sauté Garlic: In a large skillet, melt 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat. Add 1 tablespoon of minced garlic and stir for 1 minute, ensuring it doesn’t brown.
