🌿 Ingredients:
✔ 1 cup cooked lentils (200 g)
✔ 1 medium apple, grated (approx. 1 cup, 150 g)
✔ 1/2 cup rolled oats (45 g)
✔ 1/4 cup chickpea flour (30 g)
✔ 1 small onion, finely diced (70 g)
✔ 2 cloves garlic, minced
✔ 2 tbsp maple syrup (30 ml)
✔ 1 tsp dried sage
✔ 1/2 tsp dried thyme
✔ 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
✔ Salt & pepper to taste
✔ 1 tbsp olive oil (15 ml)
🥄 Instructions:
1️⃣ Blend:
🔹 In a food processor, pulse lentils, grated apple, and oats until combined but still slightly chunky.
2️⃣ Mix:
🔹 Transfer mixture to a bowl and stir in chickpea flour, onion, garlic, maple syrup, and spices.
🔹 Season with salt & pepper.
3️⃣ Shape:
🔹 Form into small sausage patties.
4️⃣ Cook:
🔹 Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
🔹 Cook patties for 4–5 minutes per side until golden brown.
5️⃣ Serve:
