Italian Sausage with Peppers and Onions Recipe!

Ingredients:

  • 4 Italian sausages (mild or spicy — pick your fave!)
  • 2 bell peppers, sliced (any color)
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • ½ cup chicken broth (optional, for extra juiciness)
  • Hoagie rolls (optional, for serving)

Directions:

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, add 1 tablespoon olive oil. Brown the sausages on all sides, about 7-8 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, add another tablespoon olive oil. Sauté the sliced onions and bell peppers until softened, about 5 minutes.
