Ingredients
For the Mediterranean Meatballs:
- 1 lb ground beef (or lamb)
- ¼ cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- ½ tsp ground cumin
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil (for cooking)
For the Roasted Potatoes:
- 3 medium potatoes, cubed
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
For the Greek Salad:
- ½ cucumber, diced
- ½ tomato, chopped
- ¼ cup Kalamata olives
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- ½ tsp dried oregano
For the Tzatziki Sauce:
- ½ cup Greek yogurt
- ¼ cup cucumber, finely grated
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp fresh dill (or ½ tsp dried)
- ¼ tsp salt
For Serving:
- 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
Instructions
1. Make the Mediterranean Meatballs
In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, parsley, oregano, cumin, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
Form into small meatballs (about 1.5 tablespoons each).
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the meatballs for 8–10 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned and fully cooked.
2. Roast the Potatoes
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Toss cubed potatoes with olive oil, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Spread evenly on a baking sheet and roast for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
3. Prepare the Greek Salad & Tzatziki
In a bowl, combine diced cucumber, chopped tomato, and olives. Drizzle with olive oil, lemon juice, and sprinkle with oregano.
For the tzatziki, stir together Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, garlic, lemon juice, dill, and salt. Chill until ready to serve.
4. Assemble the Bowl
In a large bowl, add a layer of romaine lettuce.
Top with roasted potatoes, a scoop of Greek salad, and a few warm meatballs.
Finish with a generous dollop of tzatziki on the side or drizzled over top.
