Why You’ll Love It

  • Ultra cheesy with three kinds of cheese
  • Packed with savory bacon and earthy spinach
  • Easy to make ahead and bake when ready
  • Always a hit at potlucks, holidays, or game night

Ingredients (Serves 8–10)

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 (10 oz) package frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled (reserve some for topping)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ tsp paprika (optional, for a smoky kick)
  • Salt, to taste
  • Fresh parsley or chives, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

1. Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a small baking dish or cast-iron skillet.

2. Mix It Up

In a large bowl, blend the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth and creamy.
Add in the mozzarella, cheddar, Parmesan, spinach, crumbled bacon, minced garlic, and seasonings (onion powder, garlic powder, pepper, paprika, and a pinch of salt). Stir until everything is well combined.

3. Bake the Dip

Spread the mixture evenly into your prepared baking dish. Bake for 20–25 minutes, until hot, bubbly, and golden brown on top.

4. Finish & Serve

Sprinkle with reserved bacon and fresh parsley or chives if using.
Serve warm with tortilla chips, crackers, toasted baguette slices, or fresh veggies like celery sticks and bell peppers.

Make-Ahead Tip

Assemble the dip up to 1 day in advance, cover, and refrigerate. When ready to serve, bake as directed (add a few extra minutes if baking straight from the fridge).

Variations & Add-Ins

  • Want a little heat? Add chopped jalapeños or a pinch of crushed red pepper flakes.
  • No frozen spinach? Use 2 cups of fresh spinach, sautéed and chopped.
  • Make it vegetarian by skipping the bacon—just add a pinch of liquid smoke or smoked paprika for flavor.

This cheesy dip is seriously addictive, so don’t be surprised if it becomes a staple at every gathering.

Enjoy every gooey, bacon-filled bite!
