Stuffed Mushroom Dip

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup chopped mushrooms (white or cremini work best)
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions or fresh parsley, for garnish
  • Salt & pepper, to taste

Instructions

1. Sauté the Mushrooms

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add the chopped mushrooms and minced garlic.
Sauté until mushrooms are tender, golden, and fragrant—about 6–8 minutes.
Season with a pinch of salt and pepper. Let cool slightly.


2. Mix the Dip Base

In a medium bowl, combine:

  • Cream cheese
  • Sour cream
  • Grated Parmesan
  • Mozzarella
  • The sautéed mushroom mixture

Stir until fully combined and creamy.


3. Bake to Bubbly Perfection

Transfer the mixture to a small baking dish or oven-safe skillet.
Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20–25 minutes, or until hot, golden on top, and bubbly around the edges.


4. Garnish & Serve

Top with chopped green onions or fresh parsley for a burst of color and freshness.
