🔹 8 oz sliced baby bella mushrooms
🔹 2 tbsp butter, melted
🔹 3 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts
🔹 ½ cup flour
🔹 ⅓ cup butter
🔹 ½ cup chicken broth
🔹 ¼ cup Marsala wine
🔹 Salt & pepper, to taste
🔹 ½ tbsp cornstarch + 1 tbsp water (for thickening)
🔹 ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
🔹 ½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
🔹 2-3 green onions, thinly sliced
*Instructions:*
*1️⃣ Prep the Chicken:* – Slice each chicken breast in half lengthwise. – Place between plastic wrap and pound to ¼-inch thickness. *2️⃣ Sauté the Mushrooms:* – Heat 2 tbsp butter in a skillet over medium heat. – Sauté mushrooms for 3-5 minutes until tender.
