- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp crushed red chili flakes
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- Juice of 1 lime
- Fresh chopped cilantro, for garnish

1. Marinate the Chicken:
In a large bowl, combine the garlic, olive oil, chili flakes, smoked paprika, salt, pepper, and lime juice.
Add the chicken breasts and toss to coat thoroughly.
Cover and marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for deeper flavor.
2. Fire Up the Grill:
Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
Once hot, place the chicken fillets on the grill and cook for 6–7 minutes per side, or until fully cooked and beautifully charred.
The internal temperature should hit 165°F (75°C).
3. Let it Rest & Serve:
Remove from the grill and let the chicken rest for 5 minutes to retain juices.
Sprinkle with chopped cilantro and serve hot.
