Ingredients

  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, finely chopped
  • 1 package (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 1 tbsp butter, melted
  • ¼ cup graham cracker crumbs
  • Extra strawberries for topping

Directions

1. Preheat & Prep

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.

2. Make the Cheesecake Filling

In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and fluffy.
In another bowl, whip the heavy cream with granulated sugar until stiff peaks form.
Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until light and creamy. Set aside.

3. Assemble the Rolls

Unroll the crescent dough on a lightly floured surface. Press the seams together to form one large rectangle.
Spread a thin, even layer of the cheesecake filling across the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
Sprinkle the chopped strawberries evenly over the filling.

4. Roll & Slice

Starting from the long side, gently roll the dough into a log. Use a sharp knife or unflavored dental floss to slice into 8 equal rolls.

5. Bake

Place the rolls on your prepared baking sheet. Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs.
Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown and puffed.

6. Cool & Garnish

Let the rolls cool for a few minutes. Top with fresh strawberries for a bright, juicy finish.

Tips & Variations

  • Make it extra fancy: Drizzle with a lemon glaze or white chocolate before serving!
  • Swap the fruit: Try blueberries, raspberries, or peaches depending on the season.
  • Serve warm or chilled: These rolls are divine warm from the oven or cold straight from the fridge.
