Ingredients
- ½ head broccoli, chopped into bite-sized florets
- ½ head cauliflower, chopped into bite-sized florets
- ½ cup red, yellow & green bell peppers, finely chopped
- 1½ cups mayonnaise
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, cubed
- 1 tsp wholegrain mustard
- 1 tbsp Seven Colours Grill Seasoning (or your favorite spice blend)
- ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tbsp sugar or honey
Instructions
1️⃣ Prep the Veggies:
Chop the broccoli and cauliflower into small, bite-sized florets. For a slightly softer texture, lightly steam them for 3 minutes, then rinse with cold water to stop the cooking process. This keeps them crisp-tender!
2️⃣ Combine the Salad Base:
In a large bowl, toss together the broccoli, cauliflower, bell peppers, and cheddar cheese cubes.
3️⃣ Make the Dressing:
