Ingredients

Instructions
1. Marinate the Chicken:
In a large bowl or zip-top bag, combine the buttermilk, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken drumsticks and make sure theyβre fully coated. Cover and marinate in the fridge for at least 1 hour, or preferably overnight for the juiciest results.
2. Heat the Oil:
Pour enough vegetable oil into a deep skillet or pot to cover the chicken halfway. Heat the oil to 350Β°F (175Β°C).
3. Dredge & Fry:
