– 1 tbsp butter
– 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
– ½ tsp garlic powder
– ½ tsp smoked paprika
– ½ tsp salt
– ½ tsp black pepper
*For the Creamy Tuscan Sauce:*
– 1 tbsp butter
– 3 cloves garlic, minced
– ½ cup heavy cream
– ¼ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
– ½ tsp Cajun seasoning
– 1 cup fresh spinach
– ¼ cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
*For the Rice & Roasted Broccoli:*
– 1 cup white rice, cooked
– 2 cups broccoli florets
– 1 tbsp olive oil
– ½ tsp garlic powder
– ½ tsp salt
– ½ tsp black pepper
