- 1 tbsp butter
For the Creamy Pepper Sauce:
- 1 tbsp butter
- ½ red bell pepper (diced)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- ½ cup heavy cream
- ¼ cup beef broth
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- ½ tsp cracked black pepper
- Salt to taste
