📋 Ingredients (makes 6 large or 12 small puffs):
- 1 sheet puff pastry
- 7 oz baby spinach
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1 egg + 1 egg yolk
- Pinch of salt & black pepper
