Cheesy Beef Crunch Wraps 

A crispy, cheesy, and flavor-packed wrap that’s perfect for a quick meal!
Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- ½ cup diced onions
- ½ cup chopped bell peppers
- 1 can diced tomatoes with green chilies (drained)
- 1 cup nacho cheese sauce
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 cup crushed cheesy tortilla chips
- 4 large flour tortillas
- Shredded lettuce for serving
Instructions:
Cook the Beef: Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat, then add taco seasoning and cook per packet instructions.
Sauté the Veggies: Stir in onions and bell peppers, cooking until softened. Add diced tomatoes with chilies and mix well.
Prepare Cheese Sauce: In a small bowl, combine nacho cheese sauce and sour cream.
Assemble Wraps: Lay tortillas flat. Spread a spoonful of cheese mixture in the center, add beef mixture, then top with crushed tortilla chips for crunch.
Wrap & Toast: Fold in the sides, then roll into a burrito shape. Toast in a dry skillet for 2-3 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
Serve & Enjoy: Slice in half and serve with shredded lettuce or your favorite toppings!
