Ingredients:

  • 4 lb bone-in lamb shoulder
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3 tbsp sour cream
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp garlic powder

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C). Season lamb with salt, pepper, and half the rosemary.
