โ Prepare the Ramekins:
- Preheat oven to 425ยฐF (220ยฐC).
- Grease 4 ramekins with butter and dust lightly with cocoa powder. Set aside.
โ Melt the Chocolate & Butter:
- In a heatproof bowl, melt butter and chocolate together using a double boiler or in microwave (30-second intervals, stirring between each).
โ Mix the Batter:
- In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, egg yolks, sugar, vanilla, and salt until light and slightly thick.
- Gently fold in the melted chocolate mixture.
- Sift in the flour and stir until just combined.
โ Fill & Bake:
- Divide batter evenly among prepared ramekins.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, until edges are set but the center is still slightly jiggly.
โ Cool & Serve:
- Let cakes rest for 1 minute before running a knife around the edges.
