🛒 Ingredients:
✔ 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
✔ ½ tsp salt
✔ ¼ tsp black pepper
✔ ½ tsp garlic powder
✔ 2 tbsp olive oil
✔ 2 tbsp butter
✔ 1 small onion, diced
✔ 3 cloves garlic, minced
✔ 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
✔ ½ tsp dried thyme
✔ ½ tsp smoked paprika
✔ ½ cup chicken broth
✔ 1 cup heavy cream
✔ ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
✔ 1 tsp mustard
✔ 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
🔥 Instructions:
1️⃣ Season & Sear the Chicken
🔹 Season chicken with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
🔹 Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
🔹 Sear chicken for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown.
🔹 Remove and set aside.
2️⃣ Sauté the Aromatics & Mushrooms
🧄 Reduce heat to medium and add butter, onions, and garlic. Sauté until fragrant.
🍄 Stir in mushrooms, thyme, and smoked paprika. Cook for 5 minutes until mushrooms are soft.
3️⃣ Make the Creamy Sauce
🥄 Pour in chicken broth and simmer for 2 minutes, scraping up any browned bits.
🥄 Stir in heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and mustard. Let simmer until the sauce thickens.
4️⃣ Simmer & Serve
🔥 Return chicken to the skillet, letting it simmer for 5 minutes until fully cooked.
🌿 Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
