Ingredients:
- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 (8 oz) container whipped topping, thawed
- 2 ripe bananas, sliced
- ½ cup crushed pineapple, well drained
- ½ cup maraschino cherries, halved
- ¼ cup chocolate syrup
- ¼ cup caramel sauce
- Whipped cream, for garnish
- Extra banana slices, cherries, and chocolate pieces for garnish
Instructions:
- Make the crust:
In a medium bowl, mix together graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter. Press firmly into the bottom of a 9×9-inch baking dish to form an even crust. Set aside. - Prepare the filling:
In a large mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth and fluffy. Gently fold in the thawed whipped topping until well combined. - Layer it up:
Spread half of the cheesecake mixture over the crust. Layer banana slices evenly over the top, followed by crushed pineapple and maraschino cherries. - Add the final layer:
Carefully spread the remaining cheesecake mixture over the fruit. Drizzle generously with chocolate syrup and caramel sauce. - Chill to set:
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours (or overnight) to allow the layers to firm up. - Garnish and serve:
Just before serving, dollop with whipped cream and decorate with extra banana slices, cherry halves, and chocolate pieces. Slice, serve, and watch it disappear!
Tips & Twists:
- Want more crunch? Add chopped nuts like walnuts or pecans on top.
- Make it boozy: Add a splash of banana liqueur or rum to the cream cheese mixture.
- Go big: Double the recipe for a 9×13-inch pan to feed a crowd!
