π₯© Prepare the Braised Beef:
- Heat oil in a heavy-bottomed pot over medium-high heat. Season the beef with salt & pepper, then sear it on all sides until browned (about 4-5 minutes per side). π₯
- Remove the beef and set aside. In the same pot, sautΓ© the onion & garlic until soft and fragrant (about 5 minutes). π§π§
