  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 sprigs fresh rosemary
  • 2 sprigs fresh thyme
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 large onions, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter (for onions)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (for onions)
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • ยฝ tsp salt (for onions)
  • ยผ tsp black pepper (for onions)
  • ยผ cup beef broth
  • 4 large potatoes, cut into fries
  • 3 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Salt to taste (for fries)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

  1. French Fries: Preheat oven to 425ยฐF (220ยฐC). Toss fries with vegetable oil and salt. Spread on a baking sheet, bake 25-30 mins, turning occasionally, until crispy. Keep warm.

  3. Ribeye Steaks: Pat steaks dry, season with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over high heat, cook steaks 3-4 mins per side for medium-rare (or to preference).
  4. Garlic & Herbs: Lower heat to medium-low. Add garlic, rosemary, thyme, and butter. Baste steaks with butter mixture for 1-2 mins.
  5. Rest: Remove steaks, let rest 5-10 mins.
